Nick Garver, a Southern California native, is an experienced trust and estates attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.  Super Lawyers has designated Nick as a top rated Estate Planning & Probate Attorney.

Prior to co-founding Estate Law, Inc., Nick practiced complex civil litigation and served as a law clerk to Judge James G. Reinhart of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. During law school, Nick was a volunteer law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Major Crimes Unit, where he assisted prosecutors in the case The People v. Robert Durst.

Nick is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and the District of Columbia.
