Nick Garver, a Southern California native, is an experienced attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration. Prior to co-founding Estate Law, Inc., Nick practiced complex civil and patent litigation, representing clients including the Los Angeles County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments, California Bank & Trust, Juniper Networks, and Amazon.com. Nick also served as a law clerk to Judge James G. Reinhart of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.
Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. During law school, Nick was a volunteer law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Major Crimes Unit, where he assisted prosecutors in the case The People v. Robert Durst.
Nick is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and the District of Columbia.
